马铃薯切片贴敷治疗静脉输液渗漏的观察护理

目的：探讨马铃薯切片贴敷治疗静脉输液所到致的局部肿胀或静脉炎的疗效。方法：将静脉输液局部肿胀或静脉炎60例，随机分成观察组（马铃薯切片贴敷）和对照组（外湿敷50%硫酸镁）2组，观察炎症和肿胀情况。结果：马铃薯切片贴敷组，输液所致局部肿胀和静脉炎的治愈率明显高于对照组。经χ2检验，差异具有显著性（p〈0．01）。结论：在静脉输液所致局部肿胀和静脉炎中，外贴敷马铃薯切片能显著提高治愈率。
