先天性耳前瘘管的手术时机选择

目的：探讨先天性耳前瘘管感染的处理方法及手术时机的选择。方法：收集2002年7月~2009年5月期间收治先天性耳前瘘管合并感染104例，分析其不同处理感染的方法、手术时机的选择及疗效。结果：104例患者均获痊愈。感染控制后行瘘管切除29例，复发1例，二次手术治愈；感染期手术治疗75例，2例复发，二次手术治愈。结论：合理的切开引流及脓腔冲洗，对迅速控制瘘管感染至关重要；及早彻底切除病灶是治疗耳前瘘管较佳治疗方法。
