| 摘 要： | 目的：建立氯化铵合剂中甘草酸含量测定的方法。方法：超声提取甘草酸，采用RP—HPLC法，色谱条件为ODS柱（4．6mmN250mm），流动相：乙腈～0．1％乙酸水溶液（40：60），波长254m，流速1．0ml／min。结果：此方法线性关系良好，甘草酸空白和加样平均回收率分别为99．22％（RSD1．45％），97．80％（RSD1．47％），结论：该法简便、快速、可用于氯化铵合剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective： In establishment ammonium chloride mixture licorice acid content determination method. Methods： The supersonic extraction glycyrrhizie acid, uses the RP-- HPLC law, the chromatograph condition is the ODS column （4. 6mm ＊250 mm）, flowing： Second grade nitrile -- 0. 1% ethanoic acid water--soluble fluid （40：60）, wave length 254 am, speed of flow 1.0 ml/ min. Results：This method linearity relations is good, the glycyrrhizic acid blank and adds the type average returns--ratio respectively is 99. 22 % （RSD l. 45%） ,97. 80 % （RSD 1.47 % ） ,Conclusion：This law simile,fast,available in ammonium chloride mixture quality control. |
