解剖钢板内固定结合植骨治疗严重胫骨平台骨折

目的：探讨采用解剖钢板内固定结合植骨治疗严重胫骨平台骨折的疗效。方法：回顾分析42例严重胫骨平台骨折，按SchatzerJ分型，Ⅴ型23例、Ⅵ型19例，全部患者均采用单侧或双侧解剖钢板内固定结合植骨，同时处理合并的半月板、交叉韧带、副韧带和神经血管损伤。结果：本组患者均获随访，随访时间3～18个月，平均10个月；骨折愈合时间为3～5个月。膝关节功能恢复按Rassmussen评分法进行评定，优良率迭85．7％。结论：准确评估伤情，关节面的解剖复位，解剖钢板坚强内固定，有效植骨，正确处理合并伤，合理的功能锻炼可提高严重胫骨平台骨折的疗效。
