导乐陪伴加拉玛泽分娩法对自然分娩产时疼痛及产程的影响

目的：探讨导乐陪伴加拉玛泽分娩法用于分娩减痛及对产程的影响。方法：将120例产妇随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组导乐陪伴加拉玛泽分娩法，对照组除不导乐陪伴加拉玛泽分娩法外，其他产科处理措施与观察组相同，观察比较两组的疼痛程度、产程时间等。结果：观察组的产痛强度明显低于对照组（P〈0．005），观察组的产程时间短于对照组、剖宫产率低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：导乐陪伴加拉玛泽分娩法用于分娩减痛效果好，产程时间短，能降低剖宫产率，是一种分娩较佳的综合减痛方式，能提高产科质量。

The Influence of Doula Delivery and Lamaze Painless Labor on Pain and Labor Course in Natural Childbirth

Objective：To explore the influence of Doula delivery and Lamaze painless labor for relieving pain in delivery on pro- gression of labor. Method： 120 cases parturient were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group. The observation group were treated with Dou/a delivery and Lamaze painless labor, except for that the control group were given the same treatments as the observation group. The pain degree, the labor course and so on in the two groups were observed and compared. Result：The pain intensity in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0. 005）, the labor course shorter and the cesarean section rate lower （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Doula delivery and Lamaze painless labor is effective in relieving pain; it can shorten the labor, degrade the rate of cesarean section and improve the obstetric quality.
