精神分裂症复发的相关因素调查分析

目的：掌握精神分裂症患者疾病复发的相关因素，为降低复发率提出干预措施。方法：通过自制的复发因素调查表，调查首次住院与再次住院患者的有关资料，并进行分析。结果：首发与复发患者在自知力、服药依从性、药物副反应、个人经济差、家庭成员的认知度、家庭经济差、配偶不关心、有社会歧视、环境因素好、医疗保险等方面有着明显的差异。结论：影响精神分裂症复发的相关因素很多，各种因素之间互相关联，互相影响，虽然个人因素在疾病复发起主要作用，但家庭和社会因素对疾病复发起重要影响。
