| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨锁骨骨折内固定治疗方法。方法：应用带螺纹克氏针治疗锁骨骨折62例。结果：所有骨折愈合，无出现克氏针松脱，所有病例上肢肌力、功能恢复良好。结论：手术简单，创伤小，固定可靠，疗效满意。

Result： All bone fractures heal, not presents the Cleveland needle to loosen, all case upper limb myodynamia, the function restore good. Conclusion：The surgery is simple, the wound is small, fixed reliable, the curative effect is satisfied. |
