内功推拿结合药物治疗冠心病心绞痛临床观察

目的：观察内功推拿结合药物疗法对冠心病心绞痛治疗效果。方法：将140例患者随机分为两组，治疗组70例在常规两药的基础上加内功推拿治疗，对照组70例给予常规西药治疗，两组均以15天为1个疗程，2～3个疗程后观察疗效。结果：治疗组缓解心绞痛总有效率为77．14％，对照组总有效率为54．29％，治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组的临床症状、心电图改善优于对照组。结论：内功推拿结合药物治疗冠心病心绞痛患者临床疗效显著，是安全有效的。
