320排动态容积CT对输尿管疾病诊断价值的初步研究

目的：探讨320排动态客积CT对输尿管疾病的诊断价值。方法：使用320排动态容积CT对2例输尿管结核、2例输尿管原发肿瘤、1例肾盂输尿管连接处狭窄、1例下腔静脉后输尿管患者进行扫描及重建。所有病变均通过手术或常规病理检查证实。结果：320排动态容积CT不但能够清楚地显示病变位置、形态、范围及其与周围组织地关系，而且能够显示相同时相的患侧肾脏功能。结论：320排动态容积CT能准确评估输尿管病变的位置、形态、范围及周围组织改变，了解患侧肾脏功能状况，使病变定位、定性诊断更加准确，为临床手术治疗提供帮助。

Methods： Uses 320 row of dynamic volume CT after 2 example ureter tuberculosis, 2 example ureter primary tumor, 1 example renal pelvis ureter attachment point narrow, 1 example vena eava inferior the ureter patient carries on the scanning and the reconstruction. All pathological changes through surgery or conventional pathology inspection confirmation. Result： Not only 320 row of dynamic volume CT can demonstrate the pathological change position, the shape, the scope and with the peritonsillar tissue relations clearly, moreover can demonstrate the same phase the trouble side kidney function. Conclusion： 320 row of dynamic volume CT can appraise the ureter pathological change＇s position, the shape, the scope and the peritonsillar tissue change accurately, understood that the trouble side kidney function condition, causes the pathological change to locate, the qualitative diagnosis to be more accurate, treats for the clinical surgery provides the help.
