| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中医针灸治疗原发性痛经的临床措施及疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院2008年1至2010年2月治疗原发性痛经患者52例的临床资料。结果：治疗1个疗程后观察3个月,总有效率达100％。结论：中医针灸治疗原发性痛疗效显著,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective：Discusses the Chinese medicine acupunture therapy primary painful menstruation the clinical measure and the curative effect. Methods：The review analyzes my courtyard in 2008 1 to 2010 February to treat the primary painful menstruation patient 52 examples the clinical material. Result：After treats 1 treatment course, observes for 3 months, the total effectiveness reaches 100%. Conclusion：The Chinese medicine acupunture therapy primary stage painful curative effect is remarkable, is worth the clinical promotion. |
