12例乳腺叶状囊肉瘤的临床分析

目的：探讨乳腺叶状囊肉瘤的诊治方法。方法：回顾分析经病理证实的12例乳腺叶状囊肉瘤患者临床资料。结果：在10岁-40岁之间是本病的高发期，以无痛性乳房肿块为主要表现，术前均未明确诊断，行乳腺单纯切除术8例，改良根治术2例，包块切除术2例。结论：乳腺叶状囊肉瘤复发与病理形态改变、乳腺的解剖结构及所用术式有关。治疗以肿瘤扩大切除术为主，局部复发后再次手术仍能取得较好效果。
