交感型颈椎病的再认识

目的：通过一系列临床病例观察，对交感型颈椎病的发病因素、临床表现及其诊断方法作进一步认识。方法：回顾分析22例交感型颈椎病患者的临床资料，根据症状缓解或消失来评价疗效。结果：14例获得随访，平均随访1年2个月，优良者10例（占71％）。交感型颈椎病发病与颈椎解剖结构动态变化因素相关，颈交感神经功能紊乱及颈交感神经受刺激的程度决定了临床表现，典型的症状为诊断提供依据。结论：非手术疗法是简单有效的方法，可使症状缓解、功能改善。适应于病情不是很重，患者不愿意接受手术治疗以及高龄患者合并有重要器官疾病者。对较重的颈椎不稳，或椎间盘退变压迫的患者，选择手术治疗时机是提高疗效的重要手段。

Further recognition of the sympathetic cervical problem

Objective：To understand the pathogenesis clinical characteristics and diagnosis of the sympathetic cervical problem more furtherly through observation of a large number of clinical cases. Methods;The Clinical data from 22 cases of the sympathetic cervical problem were retrospectively analysed, and the therapeutic efficacy was evaluated according to the symptom alleviate or dis- perse. Results： 14 cases were followed UP for 1 year and 2 months on average of them, 10 cases were excellent（71 ~）. The patho- genesis of the sympathetic cervical problem was related to dynamic anatomy structural factions. The clinical characteristics were de- cided by the jumble of the cervical sympathetic function and the grade of sympathetic stimulation, the typical symptoms were the ba- sis of diagnosis. Conclusion： Treatment without operation is simple and effective mothod,it may alleviate symptom and transform function. It is adapt to the patient whose illness coalition is not very serious, being not ready to accept surgery treatment and the ven- erable age patient with the important organ illness. Selecting of surgery is very important to improve the treatment outcomes,for the patient who suffer from the serious unstable cervical Vertebra or cervical intervertebral disc degeneration pressure.
