生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎临床体会

目的：观察人工合成的生长抑素类似物治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法：应用人工合成生长押素类似物（善宁，施他宁）治疗急性胰腺炎，治疗组51例，对照组54例，对照组用一般的常规治疗方法。观察两组血尿淀粉酶的变化，平均腹痛时间，住院天数及并发症情况。结果：生长抑素类似物治疗急性胰腺炎能显著降低血尿淀粉酶，缓解腹痛，减少禁食时间和住院天数，降低并发症。结论：生长抑素类似物能有效降低血清淀粉酶，改善临床症状，减少并发症。
