硝普钠雾化吸入治疗肺源性心脏病右心衰竭的疗效观察

目的：探讨硝普钠雾化吸入治疗肺源性心脏病右心衰竭的疗效观察。方法：选择慢性肺源性心脏病患者65例，随机分为两组，在常规治疗基础上，对照组（n=31）用α-糜蛋白酶5mg、地塞米松5mg加入生理盐水雾化吸入，治疗组（n=34）在对照组雾化吸入器内再加入硝普钠50mg。观察5d、10d、15d的疗效，并记录血压等副作用。结果：治疗组总体疗效优于对组，以5d时最明显（P〈0．01）。两组均未见低血压等副作用。结论：雾化吸入硝普钠辅助治疗肺源性心脏病右心衰竭，临床疗效明显，并且安全可行。
