PDCA循环系统在外科临床带教中的应用

目的：在外科带教中运用PDCA循环系统，提高实习带教质量。方法：结合外科特点及教学大纲的要求，将PDCA循环系统的四个阶段具体运用于临床带教中，随时发现问题，及时处理，形成良性循环。结果：使带教工作更具有科学性、系统性，提高带教老师和学生学习的积极性。结论：PDCA循环有利于提高外科带教质量。

Objectve： Utilizes the PDCA circulatory system in the surgical department guidance and teaching,improves the practice guidance and teaching quality. Methods： The union surgical department characteristic and the program of instruction request, utilizes specifically the PDCA circulatory system four stages in the clinical guidance and teaching, finds the problem as necessary, prompt processing, forms the positive cycle. Results：Enable the guidance and teaching work to have the scientific nature, the Systematic characteristic,enhances enthusiasm which guidance and teaching teacher and the student studies.
