| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症的护理。方法：通过回顾针刀治疗48例腰椎间盘突出症的术前、术中、术后的护理，总结各期护理要点。结果：48例病人中，治愈42例，有效4例，无效2例。结论：细致的护理，严格的无菌技术，以及针对性心理护理和健康宣教是取得满意疗效的有力保障。

| Abstract: | Objective：Discusses needle knife treatment waist intervertebral disc prominent sickness nursing. Methods：Treats in 48 example waist intervertebral disc prominent sickness technique, the technique, technique nursing after the review needle knife, summarizes various phase of nursing main point. Results：In 48 example patients, cures 42 examples, effective 4 examples, invalid 2 examples. Conclusion：Careful nursing, the strict aseptic technique, as well as pointed psychological nursing and the healthy propaganda are obtain the satisfactory effect the powerful safeguard. |
