60例腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔出术的护理观察

目的：回顾性总结我院在腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤剔出术的护理措施。方法：对60例患者予心理护理及充分的术前准备，术中密切配合，术后严密观察病情变化及细心的护理。结果：60位患者临床疗效良好，无一例发生感染、出血、腹腔脏器损伤等严重并发症。结论：用腹腔镜行子宫肌瘤剔出术具有出血少，损伤轻、恢复快、切口美观的优点，术前的心理护理及术前的肠道准备和术后患者的病情观察及护理，可以减少患者术后并发症的发生，提高腹腔镜手术的成功率，利于患者早日康复。
