| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨外伤性脑梗塞的临床诊断及治疗。方法:回顾性分析48例颅脑外伤后并发脑梗塞患者的临床诊断和治疗经过,愈后采用GOS评分。结果:48例患者经过手术、药物高压氧等综合治疗,其愈后GOS评分:良好29例,轻残9例,重残4例,植物状态2例,死亡4例。结论:外伤性脑梗塞的发生发展与多种因素有关,及早的诊断及正确的处理可以提高其治愈率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic cerebral infarction.Methods: The clinical data of 48 patients with traumatic cerebral infarction were retrospectively analyzed.Results: Forty-eight patients were comprehensive treated by surgery,drugs,and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.According to GOS: 29 cases were good,nine cases were mild disabled,four cases were severe disabled,two cases were vegetative,four cases died.Conclusion: The occurrence and development of traumatic cerebral infarction are related with many factors.Early diagnosis and correct processing could improve the care rate. |
