腹腔镜手术治疗宫外孕的疗效及护理体会

目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗宫外孕的临床疗效及护理体会。方法将128例宫外孕患者随机分入对照组与观察组,其中60例对照组患者行传统开腹手术治疗及开腹手术护理。68例患者接受腹腔镜手术,并接受腹腔镜手术围术期综合护理。比较两组手术效果、术后恢复及术后受孕率的差别。结果观察组手术时间显著少于对照组（53.12±7.36）min vs（70.89±9.03）min,P〈0.05];观察组患者术后下床活动时间及胃肠功能恢复时间分别为（8.42±2.31）h和（11.02±2.16）h,显著早于对照组（19.86±4.51）h和（25.19±3.12）h,P〈0.05;与对照组相比,观察组患者住院时间显著缩短（4.28±1.15）d vs（7.90±2.19）d,P〈0.05）];术后随访2年,观察组宫内妊娠率显著优于对照组（66.2%vs 48.3%,P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜手术配合围术期综合护理可减少机体损伤,促进患者更快康复,提高宫内妊娠率。

Clinical curative effect analysis of laparoscopic surgery and nursing experience in ectopic pregnancy

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of laparoscopic surgery and nursing experiment in ectopic pregnancy.Methods 128 cases with ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into control group and experiment group.60 patients of control group underwent open surgery and nursing intervention.68 cases of experiment group received laparoscopic surgery and comprehensive nursing.Operation effect,postoperative recovery and postoperative pregnancy rate were compared between two groups.Results Operation time in experiment group was much less than that in control group（53.12±7.36）min vs（70.89±9.03）min,P0.05）];Out of bed activity time and gastrointestinal function recovery time in experiment group were（8.42±2.31） h and（11.02±2.16）h respectively,which were significantly shorter than those in control group（19.86±4.51）h,（25.19±3.12）h,P0.05;Comparied with control group,hospital stay in experiment group greatly decreased（4.28±1.15）d vs（7.90±2.19）d,P0.05];In the follow-up,intrauterine pregnancy rate in experiment group was much higher than that in control group（66.2% vs 48.3%,P0.05.Conclusions Laparoscopic surgery and comprehensive nursing for ectopic pregnancy can reduce the body injury,promote patients＇ recovery and increase the intrauterine pregnancy rate.
