中西医结合治疗糖尿病足的临床观察

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗糖尿病足的有效方法。方法：将68例糖尿病足患者随机分为治疗组34例和对照组34倒，两组均予以常规综合治疗。治疗组除以上治疗外加用中药洗足，比较两组疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率97．06％；对照组总有效率94．12％。但就治愈率来讲，治疗组明显优于对照组，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合综合治疗糖尿病足可产生互补协同作用，可缩短病程，提高治愈率，降低致残率，且方法较为简便，值得在临床进一步推广与研究。

Conclusion：The cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine complex therapy diabetes to be possible to have the supplementary synergism fully, may reduce the course, raises the cure rate, reduces crippling rate, and the method is simpler, is worth in clinical further promoting and studying.
