锁定钢板治疗老年肱骨近端骨折42例分析

目的：分析锁定钢板治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的疗效。方法：采用肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗42例老年肱骨近端骨折，平均随访9个月。结果：术后无创口感染、骨折不愈合和内固定松动发生。肩关节功能按照Neer评分标准，功能优21例，良13例，可6例，差2倒，优良率为80．95％。结论：肱骨近端锁定钢板对老年肱骨近端骨折固定可靠，并发症少，骨折愈合良好，便于早期功能锻炼及恢复等优点。

Results： After the technique the non--wound infection, the bone fracture do not heal and in become less crowded fixedly occur. Shoulder joint function according to Neer grading standard, function superior 21 examples, good 13 examples, but 6 examples, the difference 2 examples, fine rate are 80.95 %. Conclusion： Humerus near--end locking steel plate to old age hu- merus near--end bone fracture fixed reliable, the complication are few, the bone fracture cicatrization is good, is advantageous for the early function to exercise and to restore and so on the merits.
