中医治法浅析治疗崩漏

崩漏是妇科常见病，单纯西医治疗多采用止血药、宫缩剂、刮宫、性激素调整周期等，但疗效不显著或不巩固。对妇女崩漏的中医治疗，祖国历代医学家都尤为重视。明代方广在《丹溪心法附余》中首先提出治疗崩漏的三大治则，即“初用止血以塞其流，中用清热凉血以澄其源，末用补血以复其旧”。至今对临床治疗崩漏有指导意义，仍是一般用药之基本原则。
