摘    要:目的:对动力髋螺钉和股骨近端髓内钉治疗超高龄不稳定股骨转子间骨折进行疗效对比。方法:选自我院收治的超高龄股骨转子间骨折病人共37例,其中男13例,女24例。其中18例接受PFNA之类,19例接受DHS治疗,术后对患者手术时间、出血量、愈合时间、骨折延迟愈合情况及MerledAubigne评分进行统计学分析。结果:研究对比发现PFNA组及DHS的手术时间、术中出血差别具有统计学意义(P〈O.05)。结论:PFNA在对超高龄的不稳定股骨转子间骨折治疗作用优于DHS。

Abstract:Objective:The nail treats the ultra advanced age unstable thighbone intertrochanteric bone fracture to the power hip bolt and in the thighbone near--end marrow to carry on the curative effect contrast. Methods:Chooses self--courtyard admitting the ultra advanced age thighbone intertrochanteric bone fracture patient altogether 37 examples, male 13 examples, female 24 examples. And 18 examples accept PFNA and so on, 19 examples accept the DHS treatment, after the technique, to the patient surgery time, the volume of blood, the cicatrization time, the bone fracture detention cicatrization situation and Merled the Aubigne grading car- ries on statistics analysis. Results.. Studies the contrast to discover that the PFNA group and in the DHS surgery time, the technique bleeds the difference to have statistics significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion;PFNA in surpasses DHS to the ultra advanced age's un- stable thighbone intertrochanteric bone fracture therapeutic action.
