| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨剖宫产术后再妊娠分娩方式。方法：对120例剖宫产后再妊娠孕妇分娩方式进行回顾性分析。结果：70例进行阴道试产，成功50例，再次剖宫产20例。结论：剖宫产后再妊娠分娩符合条件应给予试产，降低剖宫产率。条件不允许者，选择剖宫产。

| Abstract: | Objective： Discusses after the c- section technique, again pregnancy childbirth way. Methods： After 120 example c- sections the pregnancy pregnant woman childbirth way carries on the review analysis again. Result： 70 examples carry on the vagina trial production, succeeds 50 examples, once more c-section 20 examples. Conclusion：After c-section, the pregnancy childbirth meets the condition should again to give the trial production, reduces the c-section rate. Condition not permission, choice c-section. |
