我国男护士短缺原因分析与对策初探

一直以来，男护士短缺现象在我国一直存在。男护士本身具有女护士所不具有的优势，却因为医疗体制、传统观念、对护理工作的认识等多方面的原因，缺位于护理岗位。笔者根据以上原因，从医疗体制教育制度改革、加强宣传教育、树立正确的医护观念、调整医院对医护人员的政策四个方面提出了对策，以期抛砖引玉。
