目的：探讨老年高血压脑出血患者在微创血肿清除术后行亚低温治疗的效果。方法：将82例老年重型高血压脑出血患者随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组42例，术后3h时内行亚低温治疗，对照组40例术后行常规治疗。监测两组患者的生命体征、血氧饱和度、颅内压、血糖和电解质。比较两组患者的并发症、颅内压、死亡率和生存质量等。结果：实验组患者术后死亡率、颅内压和并发症均显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：微创血肿清除术联合亚低温疗法术能够有效地清除血肿，降低颅内压，减轻脑水肿，控制并发症，从而提高提高患者生存质量。
