超声诊断妇产科急腹症80例临床分析

目的：总结超声检查在妇产科急腹症诊断中的经验（今仅讨论以下六种疾病）。方法：回顾性分析80例妇产科急腹症病例临床资料。结果：超声检查诊断结果与手术证实、病理检查等相符者77例，符合率96．25％；误诊3例，误诊率3．75％。结论：超声显像具有检查简便、快捷、无创伤、无痛苦、可在床旁检查、阴道超声膀胱不需胀尿、结果可靠、经济等优点，患者乐于接受，并可为多数妇产科急腹症的病因诊断和鉴别诊断提供可靠的客观依据，超声检查已成为妇产科急腹症所有辅助检查项目的首选。
