逐瘀汤治疗原发性痛经疗效观察

目的：观察和探讨逐瘀汤加减治疗原发性痛经的疗效。方法：将32例原发性痛经辩证分型为气滞血瘀型，寒凝胞宫型，气血两虚型，肝肾亏损型和阳虚内寒型，口服方用逐瘀汤加减，药用当归、川芎、白芍、延胡索、蒲黄、没药、桃仁、五灵脂、红花、甘草。结果：3个疗程以后治愈19例（59．4％），其中服药1个疗程治愈4例（12．5％），2个疗程治愈9例（28．1％），3个疗程治愈6例（18．8％）；好转11例（34．4％）；未愈2例（6．3%）。总有效率为93．7％。结论：用逐瘀汤加减治疗原发性痛经，兼顾健康教育、调畅情志，疗效可靠治愈率高。
