对儿科住院患儿亲属实施心理护理的体会

对儿科病区的小患者为了减轻其心理伤害，加强护患交流，大多数医院提倡家长陪护制度。在多年儿科临床护理工作中，笔者体会到，儿科的心理护理不仅应针对患儿自己，亦应针对他们的亲属，以人性化的服务使患儿家属安心陪护，积极配合治疗护理。即在对患儿进行入院评估的同时对其亲属的心理健康状况也进行评估，然后根据其不同的心理症状，制定相应的护理措施。
