大剂量米非司酮联合氨甲蝶呤保守治疗异位妊娠的疗效观察

目的：探讨大剂量米非司酮联合氨甲蝶呤保守治疗异位妊娠的安全性、有效性。方法：抽取2001年2月-2010年2月在我科就诊的符合药物保守治疗指征的异位妊娠患者148例，分为研究组和对照组各74例。研究组采用的治疗方案是米非司酮150mg口服1天1次，连服3天，氨甲蝶呤肌注；对照组采用的方案是单剂量氯甲堞呤肌注。在治疗过程中观察血B—HCG、阴道出血、腹痛情况、B超了解包块情况及内出血，观察药物的副反应。结果：研究组的成功率91．89％，对照组成功率64．86％，观察两组在阴道出血时问、腹病消失时间和血p～HCG转阴时间的比较均P〈0．05，差异有显著性。结论：大荆量米非司酮联合氨甲蝶呤治疗异位妊娠比单用MTX治疗效果好、安全、有效、方便、副作用少，值得推广应用。
