痰热清注射液治疗婴幼儿手足口病的疗效观察

目的：观察痰热清治疗婴幼儿手足口病的疗效。方法：180例手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各90例，治疗组采用痰热清注射液（10ml／支），0．5ml／（kg．d），加入5％葡萄糖溶液静脉滴注，对照组给予利巴韦林10～15mg／（kg．d），加入5％葡萄糖溶液静脉滴注，两组均辅助维生素C或B族维生素口服。如合并感染两组均给予头孢类100mg／（kg．d）静脉滴注，根据情况纠正水、电解质紊乱。其他对症治疗相同。结果：治疗组总有效率为97．78％高于对照组的86．67％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组的主要临床症状、体征缓解时间及治愈时间明显少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论：痰热清注射液治疗婴幼儿手足口病疗效显著，无明显副作用，值得临床推广使用。

Conclusion：The phlegm hot clear inoculation fluid treats the babies and infants hand and foot stomatopathy curative effect to be remark- able, not obvious side effect, is worth the clinical promoted use.
