妇产科危重患者急救护理分析

目的：探讨妇产科急、危、重症患者规范化、程序化的急救护理护理措施。方法：对急、危、重症患者采取院前先急救、再常规治疗，院内严密监护，及时发现或预见性发现病情变化，积极抢救、治疗和采取相应护理措施。结果：76例急、危、重症患者经过规范化、程序化的急救护理后，73例治愈出院，3例转上级医院治疗。结论：对妇产科急、危、重症病患者采取规范化、程序化的急救护理措施，提高了抢救成功率、降低病死率。

Objective： Discusses the gynecology and obstetrics department to be anxious, danger, critically ill patient standardiza- tion, sequenced first aid nursing nursing measure. Methods：Before anxious, the danger, the critically ill patient adopts the courtyard to administer first aid, again the conventional treatment first, in the courtyard the strict guardianship, the prompt discovery or the foresighted discovery condition change, rescues, treats and takes the corresponding nursing measure positively. Results：76 examples are anxious, danger, critically ill patient after standardized, sequenced first aid nursing, 73 examples are discharged, 3 examples transfer the higher authority hospital treatment. Conclusion：Is anxious to the gynecology and obstetrics department, the danger, the critically ill sickness patient adopts standardized, the sequenced first aid nursing measure, raised the rescue success ratio, to cut the case fatality rate.
