产后抑郁症的心理护理

目的：探讨产后抑郁症的发病原因及影响因素，为产后抑郁患者进行心理疏导。方法：用抑郁自评量表对36例产后抑郁患者进行调查和分析。结果：产后抑郁症的发生与社会心理因素有关，其中性格内向、文化程度低、产后休息不好、经济条件差、不良妊娠结局等对产妇德抑郁情绪影响很大，要从各方面来疏导产妇的情绪。结论：产后抑郁症的发生极大的影响母婴的身心健康，对社会对家庭也产生不良的影响。提高护理质量，加强宣传教育，改善孕妇的生活环境，有利于产后抑郁症的发生。
