综合康复治疗脑卒中后反射性交感神经营养不良的疗效观察

目的：探讨采用综合康复治疗脑卒中后反射性交感神经营养不良（reflex sympathetic dys—trophy，RSD）的临床效果。方法：将确诊的患者随机分为综合康复组和对照组。对照组采用常规康复训练程序治疗；综合康复组在常规训练基础上加用针灸、推拿、理疗、药物治疗、心理治疗等综合疗法治疗。治疗前后对2组临床疗效进行比较，采用Fugl—Meyer（FMA）评定法对运动功能进行评分，采用改良Barthel指数（MBI）对日常生活活动能力进行评分。结果：综合康复组、Fugl—Meyer积分和MBI积分的增加均明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：综合性康复治疗能显著提高脑卒中后交感神经营养不良患者的治疗效果。

Objective：To study the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of patients with reflex sympa- thetic dystrophy（RSD）. Methods：The study design was a randomized,controlled trial. Patients with RSD were divided into compre- hensive rehahilitation group and control group. Conventiona treatments were adopted in control group and acupuncture, physiothera- py, manipulation, drug theruphy, psychothrapy and so on were adopted in the comprehensive rehabilitation group on the basis of con- ventional treatments. Before and after treatment,the tow groups were assessed by the Fugl--Meyer assessment（FMA）and modified Barthel index（MBL）, and clinical efficacy was compared in two groups. Result： After treatment, efficient and gain of scores in the comprehensive rehabilitation group were obviously higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Condusion：Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy is effective in the patients with RSD.
