孤立性甲状腺结节手术治疗体会

目的：探讨患侧甲状腺全切并峡部切除术治疗孤立性甲状腺结节的临床实用性，可行性。方法：回顾分析215例孤立性甲状腺结节病人行患侧甲状腺全切并峡部切除术治疗效果。结果：病理证实189例为甲状腺良性病变，26例为甲状腺癌。术后均未发现甲状腺功能低下，甲状腺癌病人均存活，无癌复发。结论：患侧甲状腺全切并峡部切除是治疗孤立性甲状腺结节一临床实用术式。

Surgical treatment Experience of the solitary thyroid nodules

Objective：To approach the clinical practicality and feasibility of the Ipsilateral thyreoidectomy and isthmectomy. Meth- od：Retrospective analysis the therapeutic efficacy of 215 Solitary thyroid nodule patients who suffer the Ipsilateral thyroid ablation and isthmectomy. Result：189 cases are benign lesion of thyroid, 26 cases are thyroid cancer. No found thyroid hypofunction after surgery, thyroid cancer cases are all survival and no found the cancer relapse. Conclusion：The Ipsilateral thyroid ablation and isthmectomy is a practical operation of clinic to cure the solitary thyroid nodule.
