颅脑外伤的现代抢救模式简介——脑外伤单元

颅脑损伤是一种常见病，多发病，严重危害人类健康，我国城市的伤亡中60％的病例中是颅脑损伤，因此有必要探索一种新的抢救模式。我们参考国际现在流行的“脑卒中单元”的系统化的医疗管理模式来运行，成立多学科的医护人员来参与颅脑损伤的抢救，我们提出“脑外伤单元”的结构模式。同时我们发挥我国的传统医学优势，采取中西医结合的诊治思路，利用中医中药，如针灸、按摩等，在结合循证医学的特点，借助高科技的通讯网络，实现信息系统的管理，网络的远程会诊，在医疗各单位建立快速、规范、先进、程序化的跨地域乃至以颅脑损伤的救治专业系统为主的多学科的参与诊治系统，鼓励全社会的人参与颅脑损伤的发现、识别、诊断、运送、转院、治疗、抢救、预防的社会性工程，建立以颅脑损伤尤其是多发、重型颅脑损伤的抢救更是依赖一个临床抢救指挥组织、协调、组织抢救的全过程、多元化的救助模式，使颅脑损伤的抢救标准化、规范化、社会化。
