绝经综合征的中医情志治疗护理体会

我院绝经综合征专科自2003年开始开展中医情志治疗，自2003年-2009年，对70例住院绝经综合征重症患者通过医护配合进行情志治疗，治疗前后观察患者情志变化情况，随着经验的积累，护理组在如何配合医生进行中医情志治疗方面也有了一定的心得体会，现总结如下：情志治疗中护士应举止得体、态度和蔼、具备敏锐的观察力、善于控制和处理自身情绪，让患者有信任感。同时熟练掌握该病的心身护理知识，不断提高自身涵养和素质，提高心理护理的语言技巧，以便对病人进行适当的情志护理。
