产后出血230例临床分析

近年来随着卫生医学的发展，虽然孕产妇死亡率已经有明显的下降，但是产后出血仍然是产妇四大死亡原因之一。为了降低产妇的死亡率，笔者利用我院2006年1-2009年12月住院分娩的7834例产妇中的230例产后出血患者的临床资料对产后出血的相关因素进行分析，并且进一步探讨产后出血的防护和治疗措施。
