人工关节置换术治疗老年性股骨颈骨折的疗效分析

目的：评价人工关节置换术治疗老年性股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法：对153例行人工关节置换治疗老年性股骨颈骨折患者随访，获完整资料120例，采用Harris评分标准，对股骨颈新鲜骨折和陈旧性骨折予人工股骨头置换和全髋置换进行临床疗效比较。结果：本组优68例，良40例，可10例，差2例。结论：通过严格的术前评估，人工股骨头置换与全髋关节置换对老年性股骨颈骨折同样能取得良好的临床疗效，特别是适用于老年性股骨颈新鲜骨折（头下型）。

Method：Replaces the treatment senile thighbone neck bone fracture patient to 153 routine joint prostheses to make a follow--up visit, attains the complete material 120 examples, uses the Harris point scale, gives the artificial femoral head replace- ment and the entire hip to the thighbone neck new bone fracture and the obsolete bone fracture replaces carries on the clinical cura- tive effect comparison. Results： This group of superior 68 examples, good 40 examples, but 10 examples, difference 2 examples. Conclusions： Appraises before the strict technique, the artificial femoral head replacement and the entire thurl replacement can obtain the good clinical curative effect similarly to the senile thighbone neck bone fracture, specially is suitable for the senile thighbone neck new bone fracture （under）.
