免疫细胞化学在浆膜腔积液细胞病理学诊断中的应用

目的：探讨正确选择免疫细胞化学抗体在浆膜腔积液脱落细胞学的病理诊断中的应用。方法：对59例浆膜腔积液脱落细胞学标本用我们自己的改进方法进行石蜡包埋切片，HE染色、免疫细胞化学染色（sp法），选择使用CEA、EMA、CK（pan）、CK7、CK20、CK（LMW）、CK（HMW）、MC、Calretinin（CR）、vimentin、TTF-1、CA125。结果：腺癌中EMA、CK（pan）、CK（LMW）全部阳性，CEA、CK7、CK20大部分阳性，CR部分阳性。鳞癌中CK（pan）、CK（HMW）全部阳性，EMA部分阳性。肺小细胞癌CK（pan）、TTF-1阳性。恶性间皮瘤CK（pan）、CK（LMW）、MC、CaIretinin（CR）均阳性。此外，女性有卵巢癌病史时，其胸腹水的CA125、CK（LMW）为阳性。结论：提高浆膜腔积液脱落细胞学的病理诊断准确率，有赖于免疫细胞化学抗体的正确选择与有机组合。

Results： In gland cancer EMA, CK （pan）, CK （LMW） complete masculine gender, CEA, CK7, CK20 majority of masculine genders,CR partial masculine genders. In scale cancer CK （pan）, CK （HMW） complete masculine gender l EMA partial masculine genders. Lung cellule cancer CK （pan）, TTF-- 1 masculine gender. Malignant mesothelioma CK （pan）, CK （LMW）, MC, Calretinin（CR） even masculine gender. In addition, when the female has the ovarian cancer medical history, his/her chest ascites CA125 ,CK（LMW） are the masculine gender. Conclusion： Enhances the serosa cavity to accumulate the fluid to fall off the cytology pathological diagnosis, rate of accuracy,depends on in the immune cell chemistry immune body correct choice and the organic combination.
