中药联合甲氨喋呤与米非司酮治疗宫外孕的临床分析

目的：探讨中药联合甲氨喋呤（MTX）联合米非司酮（Ru486）治疗宫外孕的临床效果。方法：2007年4月-2009年4月我院共收治非破裂型宫外孕150例随机分为纯西药组与中西医结合组各75例，纯西药组：MTX50mg／m2单次注射，Ru48650mg，Bid，连服3d。中西医结合组实施纯西药组的治疗停药后第2天开始结合中药方剂辨证施治，连服7日为一疗程。治疗后后1周，如症状缓解，但血B—HCG值下降未超过20％时，再重复治疗一次。结果：与纯西药组比较中西医结合组治愈率高、MTX总量少、治疗后B—HcG恢复正常及时间住院短，药物不良反应少（P〈0．05）。结论：MTX联合Ru486及中药治疗宫外孕，成功率高的特点，避免手术创伤，用药简便，副反应小，值得推广应用。
