顶折手法整复夹板固定治疗伸直型桡骨远端粉碎性骨折117例

桡骨远端伸直型粉碎性骨折是临床上常见的骨折，临床治疗相对困难。我院1998年1月-2008年12月共收治78例桡骨远端伸直型粉碎性骨折，应用折顶手法闭合整复、小夹板外固定，取得了满意疗效，现报告如下。
