| 摘 要： | 二甲双胍治疗PCOS有一定效果,副反应小,体外研究无致畸作用。对有Ins特别是伴有肥胖的PCOS患者,可选择使用或与促排卵药物联合应用,近期可促使排卵及妊娠,而远期效果是改善糖,脂代谢紊乱,预防或减少糖尿病及心血管的发生。

| Abstract: | Two armor biguanides treat PCOS to have certain effect, the side reaction are small, in vitro research not sends is un balanced the function. To has Ins specially is accompanied by the obese PCOS patient, may choose the use or with presses the ovu- lation medicine union application, in the near future may urge the ovulation and the pregnancy, but the forward effect improves the sugar, fat metabolic disorder, prevention or reduced diabetes and cardiovascular＇s occurrence. |
