治疗幽门螺旋杆菌几种药物效价比较

目的：分析根除幽门螺旋杆菌感染（Hp）的几种药物效果。方法：回顾分析我科2009年1月～2010年3月门诊收治的112例Hp相关性消化性溃疡患者临床资料。结果：治疗组溃疡愈合86．44％，有效11．86％，无效1．69％，总有效98．31％；对照组溃疡愈合77．36％，有效7．55％，无效16．98％，总有效84．91％。两组总有效率比较差异有显著性。两组Hp根除率比较治疗组91．53％较对照组75．47％比较差异有显著性。治疗组未见严重不良反应，对照组恶心、食欲减退5例能耐受。结论：盐酸克拉霉素三联疗法根除Hp感染的效果优于甲硝唑三联疗法，但克拉霉素费用高于甲硝唑，临床可上根据具体情况选用药物。
