浙江农村产后避孕状况与计划生育服务调查

目的：了解浙江省农村育龄妇女对产后避孕知识、避孕方法的知晓和需求情况，以减少或避免产后意外妊娠，提高群众满意度。方法：采用自行设计的调查表对本镇100名产后妇女进行调查。结果：产后避孕知识知晓率93％，避孕知识综合得分58％，产后计划生育服务需求100％，86％的对象认为是乡镇的计划生育技术人员是提供避孕知识咨询的最佳人选，85％的对象希望提供个性化避孕方法。结论：农村育龄妇女产后避孕知识综合水平较低，产后避孕方法不到位，亟需通过宣传教育来提高，及早对产后妇女实行以知情为目标和避孕节育全程的优质服务，尤其提供个性化避孕方法服务，将会使妇女自觉地、知情地实行计划生育，减少意外妊娠，保护广大妇女生殖健康。
