盐酸纳洛酮治疗急性脑梗死270例临床研究

目的：探讨纳络酮治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及其安全性。方法：将270例急性脑梗死患者随机分为维脑路通对照组、纳络酮Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组，进行临床疗效判定并观察药物不良反应。结果：Ⅰ组Ⅱ纽神经功能缺损的改善均优于对照组，尤以治疗Ⅰ组明显（P〈0．01），无明显副作用；临床疗效均优于对照组。结论：采用纳络酮治疗脑梗死疗效与剂量有关，大剂量纳络酮对患者病情改善程度优于小剂量组、对照组，且无明显副作用。
