妊娠高血压的治疗体会

目的：探讨应用硫酸镁治疗妊娠高血压疾病的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院60例妊高征患者在使用硫酸镁治疗过程的临床资料。结果：采用本方案治疗后患者平均动脉压（MAP）明显下降,水肿和蛋白尿明显减轻,血液流量明显改变,特别是红细胞压积显著下降。本组60例均安全分娩,痊愈出院。中、重度妊高征50例经硫酸镁治疗,症状、体征好转后行剖宫产结束分娩;本组无新生儿死亡。结论：硫酸镁治疗妊娠高血压疾病可起到良好的解痉作用,能改善胎盘供血情况,临床疗效满意。
