膝阳关穴一指禅推拿治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床观察

摘    要:目的:观察膝阳关穴一指禅推拿手法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效并探讨其作用机理。方法:门诊60名膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分成两组,治疗纽30例运用膝阳关穴一指禅推拿手法治疗,对照组采用常规推拿手法治疗,两组均进行为期4周的治疗。采用视觉模拟评分法(visualanalogue scale,VAS法)和疗效标准评定疗效。结果:治疗前后膝关节疼痛VAS评分两组内均有明显改善(P〈0.05);两组治疗前后膝关节疼痛VAS评分及治愈率比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:两种治疗方法均能有效改善膝关节骨性关节炎临床疼痛症状,一指禅推拿手法减轻膝关节骨性关节炎的疼痛程度优于常规推拿手法。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of "Xiyangguan" YizhichanTuina therapy for knee joint osteoarthritis and to probe into their mechanism. Methods: 60 cases of knee Osteoarthritis were treated and observed in the out--patient clinic. The pa- tients were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group (n=30) were taken care of by"Xiyangguan" Yizhichan- Tuina therapy. While patients in the control group (n= 30) were treated with general TuiNa therapy. The course was 4 weeks in both groups. Referring to visual analogue scale(VAS) and criterion of therapeutical effect, evaluate and compare the clinical effects. Results; In both groups, before-- treatment and Post-- treatment, the score of VAS have significant improve (P~ 0.05 ) ; There were statistically significant differences on the score of VAS and cure rate between two groups, before and after treatment (P〈0.05). Conclusion:In this study, two types of treatment can effectively reduce knee pain in osteoarthritis clinical symptoms,"Xiyangguan" YizhichanTuina therapy to alleviate osteoarthritis of the knee pain intensity is better than general TuiNa therapy.
