Metapex糊剂用于年轻恒牙根尖诱导成形术中的疗效观察

目的：观察用Metapex糊剂用于根尖诱导成形术中的疗效。方法：随机选择58例患者64颗牙根尖发育未完成,牙髓病变已波及根髓、牙髓已坏死或并发根尖周炎的年轻恒牙,用Metapex糊剂进行根尖诱导,观察其根尖发育情况,随访4年。结果：成功24例（占37．5％）、进步37例（占57．81％）、失败3例（占4．69％）,总有效率61例（占95．31％）。结论：Metapex糊荆是一种较理想的根尖诱导制剂。

Results：Succeeds 24 examples （to account for 37.5%）, to progress 37 examples （to account for 57.81%）, to be defeated 3 examples （to account for 4.69%）, the total effectiveness 61 examples （account for 95.31%）. Conclusion：The Metapex cataplasma is one kind of ideal root point induction preparation.
