咽异感的临床诊治及分析

目的：探讨咽异感的临床诊治。方法：对272例咽异感患者进行治疗分析。结果：180例慢性咽炎、46例更年期综合征、31例反流性食管炎予药物对症治疗后症状减轻或消失。对食管癌、颈椎病予手术治疗。结论：咽异感患者病因复杂，除了相关对症处理及治疗外，还需配合心理治疗。
